Bespoke Warehouse Storage Solution

For new clients Marley Spoon – cook at home food delivery service – we designed and installed a bespoke warehouse storage solution. This took place across three key locations in the USA – New York, Texas and California. The installation was required to meet specific requirements due to the food grade compliance and classification features of the workspace area.

To support Marley Spoon’s growing consumer business, we designed an innovative solution using Dexion carton flow to increase the pick speed across the three distribution centres. This solution has since helped Marley Spoon produce and deliver hundreds of thousands of meal-kits to their consumers across North America.

The global meal-kit delivery service is worth approximately US$ 8.35 Billion and due to the pandemic, the industry is expecting to reach a staggering US$ 17.8 Billion by 2027.
