Due to unexpected availability, HBC swiftly secured the premises in Biggleswade before other interested parties. The 62,000 sq ft space required favorable pallet counts and a commercially viable design to justify the investment. SEC collaborated with HBC to create a dynamic design based on factual elements and data analysis, ensuring efficiency and rapid ROI.

In addition to needing a warehouse storage solution for their extensive range of variously sized SKUs, the client expressed a desire to incorporate additional safety features into the overall design. This included high-level decking, end-of-run barriers, and a design for very narrow aisles that allowed forklift trucks to only move forward, enhancing workplace safety.
