Franke Coffee Systems (UK) Ltd had recently acquired a new, mixed-use facility in St. Albans and were looking to transform the space into a modern working environment complete with fully refurbished offices, workshop facilities, training rooms and a dedicated product showroom space.
- Installation of a partitioned compartment wall from the base to the roof of the perimeter of the existing mezzanine floor, providing sound and fire separation between the new first floor offices and ground floor training room facilities
- Fit-out of a stunning product showroom, complete with stylish kitchen units, ceramic effect flooring and ambient spotlighting
- Refurbishment of the newly formed offices, including the installation of partitioning systems, an operable wall, kitchen tea-point unit and more
