Creating Your Vision: From Proposal to Implementation
Once we have finalised your office design, we’ll produce a proposal containing detailed plans and visualisations as well as a technical specification and fixed price quotation against the agreed scope of work.
Then we’ll get to work, and build, supply and install your brand new commercial interior design.
As well as designing the layout of your office, we can include complete fit-out options when creating spaces, including lighting, flooring, partitions and the office furniture itself. Creating cohesive and professional spaces requires the overarching vision and industry knowledge that SEC Interiors can provide.

Our Design Process
Our end-to-end office design process comprises a complete project management service. Your dedicated project designer and manager (or project managers) will be available to answer your questions at every stage of your redesign journey.
Our design process includes:
- Initial concept design and space plans of your new office in detailed 3D AutoCAD renderings
- Detailed scope of works and technical specification, including an outlined timeframe for the work
- Detailed pricing schedule broken down into clearly defined sections that relate to specific component parts (as well as an overall cost)
- Advice regarding your obligations as a client, and management of areas such as compliance, planning, building control, CDM and DDA/equality
- Product advice and specifications within your design
- Supply and installation of products included within your office design
- On-site office build and installation
- Systems certification
- Post contract support and ongoing maintenance
Once your project has been agreed, we’ll manage every aspect of your office design project, leaving you to focus on your business.
