What is involved in a turnkey project

The idea of a turnkey project is a project that is ready to use as soon as it is complete, and the process of creating or building it is meant to be much faster than an ordinary product build. A turnkey project is one that is initially thought of, constructed and equipped with all necessary facilities under the terms of a contract by a company. This company will then have responsibility for the performance and manufacturing, and running of the warehouse space.

When it is ready to start doing business, it is sold to a buyer.
