In order to prepare the facility for the bulk of the works, SEC made allowances for significant electrical installation throughout the offices and fulfilment warehouse. Various spaces were then created on the ground floor, including print and operations rooms, a large staff breakout space and an office administration area.

Our bespoke fit-out of the 2nd-floor office included the installation of glazed silicon jointed partitioning, which was used to create the senior management offices and meeting room space. A full furniture package was also agreed, with SEC planning the optimum layout of the floor to incorporate various workstations and storage systems.

Air Business Limited had simply outgrown the space they were in due to the rapid increase in both their business and customer base.  The move to The Beacon was a strategic business decision aimed at creating greater efficiencies, making their business more environmentally friendly and ultimately, improving their seamless customer experience by bringing everything under one roof.
